We are committed to working exclusively on projects that enforce stringent measures to prevent soil contamination, ensuring the responsible sourcing, storage and recycling of oils and fuels. Materials are meticulously sorted and recycled according to industry standard practices. Additionally, demolition waste is carefully recovered, with recyclable materials reintegrated into new developments whenever possible.
Case Example:
HP Invest leads by example. One of our most successful investments, the Fonte Santa resort in Portugal’s Algarve region, exemplifies this commitment. The process began with the safe removal of old asbestos sheeting, proceeding with its disposal and recycling at designated facilities.
Everything followed existing protocols, leaving behind no hazardous material that could brownfield the location. Afterward, we demolished existing, unsalvageable structures and processed all the debris. Wherever feasible, recoverable materials were repurposed in the next phase, significantly cutting landfill waste and reducing reliance on additional resources.
Use of Renewable Energy Sources
Renewable energy sources are the future, and we anticipate their widespread inevitability by implementing them whenever possible in our projects, all to reduce our mark on the planet and ensure long-term energy efficiency.
